With the rescheduling of the 12th Association of Southeast Asian Nations Summit to January, colleges and universities in Cebu will resume classes on Monday.


Cebu's major colleges and universities said that they have opted to hold classes to recover from the missed days because of the early vacation they have given to the students due to the summit.  


They have earlier announced an early Christmas vacation for students starting from December 8.
