Perhaps, there has been more than a million times that the challenge hurled by then US President John Fitzgerald Kennedy to his countrymen - to ask not what their country can do for them but to ask what they can do for their country - has been quoted by leaders around the world. At 2 p.m. yesterday, a low pressure area was estimated in the vicinity of the western coast of Palawan. The tail-end of a cold front prevails over Luzon.
