According to Western Police District homicide detective Ed Paterno, the suspect, 22-year-old Usof Kamid, said he was paid by his cousin Joel Kamid to shoot and kill Arman Makapeges, 45; his brother Jamal Makapeges, 38; and their friend Felix Lidasan, 40.

                    [Title] => 2 dead, 1 hurt in Intramuros shooting
                    [Summary] => A bitter family feud in Mindanao led to the fatal shooting of two men and the wounding of another in Intramuros, Manila yesterday afternoon.


The Western Police District (WPD) identified the fatalities as Armando Makapigis and his companion Peter Felix Lidsana. Makapigis died at the Ospital ng Maynila after being shot in the face while Lidsana died at the Philippine General Hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound in the neck.


Police said Makapigis’ brother, Gamal-al, is still recuperating at the Ospital ng Maynila for a bullet wound in the stomach.
