In a motion submitted to Regional Trial Court Branch 22, lawyer Salvador Solima is also asking the court to hold in abeyance the shipment of convicts Edgar Manimog, Jovencio Camado, Efren Hernandez and Roberto Galope to the National Penitentiary.
