The body of the victim,  identified as Joel Honra, a native of Baras, Rizal, was found inside the comfort room of a house under construction in Dr. Sixto Ave., Barangay Caniogan at about 3:45 a.m.


Police prober PO1 Lardy Ignacio said a nylon cord attached to the wooden beam of the roof was looped around Honra’s neck.His  body  was brought to the De Guzman Funeral Homes for autopsy.
