Suspects Herwin Adriano, 31, of 12 Mariano Street, Marulas, Valenzuela City was caught by the mall’s watchmen performing oral sex on his 17-year-old partner whose identity The STAR withheld.

Police said Adriano was caught doing it in a dark portion of the third level parking area of the Gotesco Grand Central Mall in Monumento at around 7 p.m.
