A fellow tenant at the Makati Tuscany Condominium found the body of Gurgen Abertovich Balayan, 22, a Russian Embassy protocol officer at 7:15 p.m.


Balayan was renting a unit at the second floor of the condo.


Senior Inspector Gary Reyes, chief of the Makati Police Department’s Homicide Section, said they are investigating possible foul play.
