According to ATR Kim Eng Financial, the upswing in the property market could lead to more launches as a result. Various property segments posted remarkable growth last year. There was a registered 25-percent increase in licenses approved by the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), with a 100-percent increase recorded in the third quarter of 2006.
