Head Agent Roel Bolivar, of the National Bureau of Investigation-Reaction Arrest and Interdiction Division (NBI-RAID), said they filed charges against acting Dingalan Vice Mayor Hiram Edgar Liu, of Barangay Dabil-Dabilan, Dingalan, Aurora.
