Presiding judge Loretta Preska called the trial to order at 8:30 a.m. in Room 12-A at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan US Courthouse and Lewis quietly walked in about three hours later while the jury of eight was in the process of selection.

Pacquiao’s lawyer Judd Burstein and Muhammad’s lawyer Julian Friedman are locked in a bitter legal war that started before presiding federal judge Loretta Preska in Room 12-A at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan US Courthouse on Pearl Street in downtown Manhattan last Monday.
