                    [Summary] => Carcar Municipal Mayor Mario Patricio Barcenas yesterday certified urgent a resolution approved by the municipal council seeking the finance department's approval of a tax amnesty for delinquent real property taxpayers.


Resolution No. 333, sponsored by Councilor Edgardo Oca, sought the approval of Finance Secretary Margarito Gary Teves, through the Bureau of Local Government Finance, for a 30 percent tax amnesty on real properties. 


"This is in order to encourage taxpayers to pay their delinquent real property taxes," Oca said
