The activities for the Earth Day celebration kicked off with a visit to commercial and industrial establishments to check on the installation of anti-pollution devices as mandated  by the Republic Act 9003, or the Clean Air Act, and other local ordinances.

Eusebio assured Pasigueños that her administration will always be vigilant in containing local emergencies as last Sunday’s incident which left housewife, Ana Cahindi, 54, dead, and 30 others hospitalized due to dizziness and difficulty of breathing.
