COTABATO CITY — Muslim guerrillas arrested and turned over to the Sarangani police last Friday a man wanted for a string of rape cases in keeping with a low-level scheme on the arrest of criminals between the government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).


The suspect, Antonio Peralta, was nabbed in Sapu Masla, a known rebel stronghold in Glan. He was implicated in nine rape cases, the most recent of which involved a nine-year-old girl.
