Metro police chief Director Ricardo de Leon said the awardees will be led by Superintendent Ericson Velasquez, Mandaluyong City police chief, for his leadership in neutralizing two bus robbery gangs that resulted to the killing of three suspects and the arrest of three others.


Velasquez will receive the Medalya ng Kasanayan in today’s rites at Camp Bagong Diwa in Bicutan, Taguig.
