                    [Summary] => To ensure stable power supply during the 12th Association of Southeast Asian Nations Summit in December, the Visayan Electric Company will schedule reconstruction of poles and lines for the Cebu International Convention Center on Saturday that will cause power interruption in some areas of Mandaue City and Cebu City.  


The reconstruction work will start at 12:01 a.m. and will last until 8 a.m., affecting parts of North Reclamation Area, including A. Soriano, C. Ouano, C.D. Seno, Zuellig Ave., C. Ouano, E.O. Perez, S.O. Albaño, F. Urot streets and parts of Cabahug Street.
