The packages that contained the illegal drugs with a street value of P92,060 were turned over to the Metro Manila Regional Office of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) by DHL security officer Lucinda Salazar. When examined at the PNP Crime Laboratory, chemical analysis showed the seized substance were indeed shabu.
