In a statement, PhilHealth said the Brokenshire Integrated Health Ministries Inc. (BIHMI) in Madapo Hills, Davao City and the Western Mindanao Medical Center (WMMC) in Zamboanga City were fined for multiple claims and for requiring patients to pay fees for claims processing, respectively.
