                    [Summary] => A male high school senior suffered five stab wounds in his body after eight teenagers attacked him while he was walking with a friend along Osmeña Boulevard, near the city sports complex, at past 6 p.m. last Friday. 


The unidentified assailants quickly fled from the area while the victim, Wayne Fuentes Patricio II, was immediately taken to the Vicente Sotto Medical Center by Virgilio Tabasa, a guard of the nearby Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas where the victim's friend ran for help.

                    [Summary] => Four men were arrested for drugs in two separate operations last Saturday.


That morning, a joint operation of the Lapu-Lapu City policemen and SWAT team members arrested suspected drug pusher Edwin Remulta, of barangay Canjulao, Lapu-Lapu. 


During the raid, police were seized seven packs of shabu, a Nokia cellphone and a .38 cal. revolver from the suspect.


Cases of illegal possession of drugs and firearms are to be filed against him today, he is presently detained at the Lapu-Lapu City police station.
