I admit I love going to Baguio primarily because of the cool weather. While I would look a total fashion victim/nutcase in Manila wearing my thigh high boots, Burberry scarves, and furry coats, I would look only half crazy attired in such apparel in Baguio (hahaha!).

Baguio had not had an apostolic vicar since Bishop Ernesto Salgado was appointed the bishop of Laoag some months ago.

Cenzon was born on Jan. 25, 1939 in Baguio City. He was ordained priest on July 9, 1965, at the age of 26. On July 6, 1992, he was appointed the first apostolic vicar of Tabuk.
