                    [Summary] => Muntinlupa mayoralty candidate Bess Aguilar Masangkay widened her lead over incumbent Mayor Jaime Fresnedi, according to the latest public opinion survey.


Aguilar Masangkay enjoyed a 15-percent edge, getting 54 percent compared to Fresnedi’s 39 percent. Seven percent of the 2,000 respondents remained undecided in the poll taken from April 23-30, barely two weeks before the May 14 elections.

The businesswoman-turned-politician enjoyed a 23-percent margin among women respondents, copping 58 percent as against her arrival’s 35 percent.
