PO2 John Ramirez identified the victim as Jenelyn Kue, a resident of Zapiro Street, Barangay Zobel Roxas, Makati City.


Investigation revealed that the incident took place at around 9:45 p.m. inside the house of the victim. Joel Kue, the husband of the victim, found her sprawled on the floor of their room with an empty bottle of varnish.


He immediately rushed his wife to the Makati Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on arrival. – Marvin Sy
