With so much booze flowing, this thing was bound to happen. I only hope that these are isolated cases. We know for a fact that the Philippine National Police (PNP) usually rounds up their "old friends" - snatchers, vagrants and petty thieves known to them just to ensure that we will have a peaceful holding of the Sinulog procession and parade tomorrow and on Sunday.
