Ayon kay Castro, sa tulong ng ipinalabas na cartographic sketch, agad na nadakip ang suspect sa tirahan nito dakong alas-8:40 kamakalawa ng gabi at nabawi sa kanya ang mga ninakaw na isang 3310 Nokia cellphone, duguang backpack, Gucci wristwatch, hikaw, kuwintas, bracelet, diamond singsing at P15,000 cash.
