Rainy weather will prevail in some parts of the Visayas and Mindanao today due to an intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), acccording to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.

Heavy rainfall and flooding due to the southwest monsoon are likely to have “significant” impact on parts of Luzon over the weekend, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration warned yesterday.
