NOMM spokesman Fr. James Reuter said Pope Benedict XVI had made the appointment of Franco as the Vatican’s representative to the two countries.

The exclusive report showed footage of "Frances" and the birth certificate of their first child, whose father was identified as "Crisostomo Yalung," with profession listed as "Church worker." 


The former bishop, who went to the US on the heels of the scandal, is now a librarian there.
