Last June 21, Makati Mayor Jejomar C. This was two days after a bomb exploded at the Aqua Venture, a building located only a few meters away from the residence of Mayor Binay himself.

No one was killed or hurt in the blast, which caused minimal damage to property since the explosive is not as powerful as modern grenades.


"It was an old fragmentation grenade," Senior Superintendent Marietto Valerio told The Star.
