Arcilla will meet top seed Korean Chung Hee-Seok, who clobbered fourth seed Joseph Victorino, 6-1, 6-0.

                    [Summary] => Top seed Anna Patricia Santos outclassed fourth seed Czarina Mae Arevalo, 6-2, 6-1, yesterday to pocket the women’s singles title in the Luis Hilado Memorial Cup Tennis Championships at the Negros Occidental Tennis Association (NOTA) courts in Bacolod City.


It was the second title this year for the Federation Cup veteran Santos after the Philta Open last March.


Santos and Arevalo bagged the doubles title after posting a 6-3, 5-7, 6-2 upset win over top seeds Alyssa Anne Labay and Bien Zoleta.
