                    [Summary] => SUBIC – Frank Pong’s Jelik, which crossed the finish line first in the China Sea Race last Saturday, leads 21 boats that have so far signed up for the inshore races of the Smart Infinity-12th President’s Cup Regatta 2004, which starts off Subic Bay waters today.


Pong’s crew claimed line honors when it logged an elapsed time of 50 hours, 30.51 minutes in the 565-nautical mile journey from the Royal Hongkong Yacht Club marina to the scenic coastline of Zambales.
