Alikaraw Festival of Hilongos wins Ormoc City's Sinulog

The 120-strong Alikaraw Festival contingent of Hilongos town in Leyte earned the judges' nod with a performance rating of 95 percent to win the 3rd Ormoc Sinulog and take the P30,000 grand champion's prize.
