                    [Summary] => COTABATO CITY — Fourteen  commuters were seriously injured in a high-speed vehicle crash in a busy highway in Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao the other day.


Traffic probers said the victims, mostly students, were on their way here from Parang, Maguindanao when their overloaded vehicle, an airconditioned Tamaraw FX, sideswept a parked  jeepney and turned-turtle.


The driver, of the ill-fated vehicle, Bapah Andong, was said to have ignored warnings by his passengers for him to slow down when they noticed he was overspeeding.
