Fisher kukunin ng Mavericks
CHICAGO – Papipirmahin ng kulang sa tao na Dallas si 16-year veteran point guard Derek Fisher, ayon kay coach Rick Carlisle matapos ang 101-78 pagkatalo ng Mavericks kontra sa Chicago nitong Miyerkules ng gabi.
Ito ay matapos makapasa si Fisher sa physical exam.
Lumaro ang Dallas nitong Miyerkules na wala si Darren Collison dahil sa napuwersang hinlalato sa kanang kamay na nakuha nito noong Martes nang sila ay matalo sa Philadelphia.
‘“We need help at point guard,’’ sabi ni Carlisle. “I found out on the way over here that Collison would be out, and we were fortunate to get (Jared) Cunningham active. ‘We feel (Fisher) can help us. It’s not a cure-all to all of our team challenges, but his expertise and experience will help.’’
Naging starter si third-year guard Dominique Jones sa ikalawang sunod na game.
