Absuwelto si Tony Labrusca sa kasong act of lasciviousness na isinampa kamakailan ng isang negosyante.
Sa post ni Atty. Joji Alonso, legal council ng actor, sinabi nitong : “In a Resolution dated March 17, 2022 penned by Judge Xavier Paolo Del Castillo, Makati City Prosecutor Dindo Venturanza’s Motion to Withdraw Information filed in the case of our client Tony Labrusca, was granted.
“The court affirmed the findings that there was no probable cause for the complaint of act of lasciviousness. The charge imputed against him was found to have no basis.
“After observance of due process, Tony Labrusca has been cleared of profoundly damaging judgments that has tarnished his name.
“This vindication attests to how gravely he was falsely accused. We laud the justice system for ensuring a resolution in the most expeditious manner.”
