Ang spicy tokwa’t baboy ang isa sa pinakapaboritong pulutan ng mga Pinoy. Mapapansin na present ito sa halos lahat ng menu ng mga bar dahil madali lang itong gawin.

INGREDIENTS

Kalahating kilo ng liempo

Tokwa

Onion leeks

Dahon ng tanglad

3 cups cooking oil

SPICY VINEGAR INGREDIENTS

1½ cup puting suka

½ cup toyo

2 tablespoons asukal

1 ½ to 2 teaspoons ng asin

5 siling labuyo

3 siling pansigang sliced

1 red onion

¼ paminta

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Iprito ang liempo hanggang maging golden brown at maging crispy at i-set aside hanggang lumamig.

2. Sunod na iprito ang tokwa at i-set aside rin hanggang lumamig.

3. Hiwain ang liempo at tokwa ng maliliit at muling iprito para maging crispy.

4. Sa malaking lagayan, pagsama-samahin ang ingredients ng spicy vinegar at ilagay sa pinagsamang tokwa at baboy. Burp!
