‘One Visayas’ andam na’s National Milo Olympics
CEBU, Philippines - Andam na ang mga atleta sa Team Visayas sa ilang kampanya sa pagbawi sa korona sa Milo Little Olympics National Finals nga sugdan karong Biyernes didto sa Sta. Cruz, Laguna.
Ang Team Visayas nga gitawag karon og ‘One Visayas’ miporma sa gihulagway nilang labing lig-on nga koponan nga gilangkuban sa mga atleta gikan sa Cebu, Iloilo, Aklan, Bohol ug Dumaguete.
Lakip sa mga mobida sa elementary division mao ang mga runners gikan sa Talamban Elementary School ug San Matias E.S sa Iloilo. Ang badminton representahan sa Maslog E.S. sa Danao, samtang ang Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu ug University of San Carlos mopadala og atleta sa chess ug football.
Ang University of the Visayas ug Trinity Christian School sa Bacolod mosalmot sa gymnastics, University of San Jose-Recoletos sa scrabble, SHS-AdC ug University of Bohol sa swimming, Cebu City Central School ug Danao E.S sa table tennis ug Subangdaku E.S ug Catmon Integrated School sa volleyball.
Ang St. Robert’s International School ug Central Philippines University nga pulos gikan sa Iloilo moduwa sa basketball ug boy’s tennis event. Ang Filamer Christian University ug Angel Salazar Jr. Memorial School players mopakita’g aksiyon sa taekwondo.
Ang USC netters ug SHS-AdC tracksters mangulo sa secondary team sa Team Visayas, samtang ang SHS-AdC basketball squad mosuway pagsakmit sa gold ug ang USC ug Talisay maghiusa alang sa swimming event.
Mokompleto sa koponan mao ang Southwestern University badminton players, Paref-Springdale booters, UV gymnasts, Bacolod’s Trinity CS ug USJ-R volleyball squads.
Ang One Visayas tinguha sa pagpalagpot sa National Capital Region sa ilang trono. Ang NCR mosuway pagsakmit og four-peat championship.
