Appoint Ping as BOC chief

There have been many ideas on how to revamp BOC.

I have one suggestion: Appoint former Senator Panfilo Lacson as Commissioner of BOC. It was recently announced in the newspapers that an executive order is undergoing final review for the creation of a new agency that will be given to Senator Lacson which agency will take care of cases for graft and corruption in coordination with Ombudsman. BOC may be the right place for former Senator Lacson.

President Aquino can appoint Senator Lacson to the position of Commissioner of the Bureau of Customs.
