Quezon LGU workers undergo drug screening
The unannounced drug testing is the second conducted by the town government in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and other partner agencies, as part of efforts to maintain a drug-free workplace.

MANILA, Philippines — The Infanta town government conducted a surprise drug test on 620 job order, contractual and permanent municipal workers yesterday.

The unannounced drug testing is the second conducted by the town government in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and other partner agencies, as part of efforts to maintain a drug-free workplace.

Mayor L.A. Ruanto said the drug testing underscores the municipal government’s commitment to upholding discipline, integrity and accountability among public servants.
