PILI, Camarines Sur, Philippines — The Kaogma Festival 2026 has officially cemented its status as “The Hottest Festival in the World,” shattering every previous attendance milestone through a weeklong celebration of culture, music and Bicolano pride.

The festival reached fever pitch on Saturday when over 153,000 attendees flocked to CamSur Uptown to witness a live concert by BINI, with its livestream gaining over 1.1 million views and transforming a local celebration into a nationwide cultural milestone.

Fresh off their historic run at the world-famous Coachella music festival, BINI brought their signature choreography and chart-topping hits to CamSur.

Gov. Lray Villafuerte said that while Coachella charged the world to see BINI, the Kaogma Festival charged nothing.

He said this proves that a world-class festival belongs to the people and that free does not mean small.

A new era of P-pop also began in CamSur with the official launch of Mela and Fuello, the province’s first-ever girl and boy groups.

These homegrown P-pop talents delivered a special performance of “Init ng Vibe,” a song written by Villafuerte himself.
