25 OFWs return from Israel, Lebanon

MANILA, Philippines — Twenty-five overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) from Israel and Lebanon arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Pasay on Tuesday.

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) said the repatriates include 14 caregivers from Israel and 11 household service workers from Lebanon.

The repatriation was carried out through the coordinated efforts of the DMW, Department of Foreign Affairs, Philippine embassies and migrant workers offices in the two countries.

The OFWs received financial aid, accommodations and transport services from the government.
