4 killed as truck rams Davao covered court

COTABATO CITY, Philippines — Four people were killed after a wayward truck rammed a covered court in Davao City yesterday morning.

Among the fatalities was the driver of the truck and his companion. They died at the scene of the accident, which occurred in Barangay Marilog.

Reports said the other fatalities were bystanders in the covered court.

Probers said the impact caused the truck to roll over and the structure to collapse.
