MANILA, Philippines — In observance of Eid’l Adha or the Feast of Sacrifice, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced yesterday the suspension of the expanded number coding scheme on Friday.
June 6 has been declared a regular holiday by Malacañang under Proclamation No. 911.
The MMDA advised motorists to plan their trips and observe road safety protocols.
“Plan your trip, obey traffic laws and drive carefully,” the MMDA said on its Facebook account.
