MANILA, Philippines — A bettor in Pateros won the P25.4-million jackpot in the 6/42 Regular Lotto on Tuesday night.

Melquiades Robles, general manager and vice chairman of the board of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, said the bettor guessed the winning combination 31-41-29-25-20-08, which carried a total jackpot of P25,490,659.

Robles said 38 other lotto players won P24,000 each.

The Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion or TRAIN Law imposes a 20-percent tax on lotto winnings above P10,000.
