MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office reopened yesterday its Driver’s Education Center (DEC) in Pasay City that will offer free courses for student driver applicants.

The LTO said its Pasay City Licensing Center (PCLC) will offer a 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) for student permit applicants.

The DEC will serve new drivers and help them learn the basics of safe driving, laws, rules and regulations under the TDC required for a student permit application.

The PCLC will conduct the free driving course every Thursday and Friday.
Interested students may book their appointments as there will be limited slots weekly since minimum health standards such as physical distancing will be enforced.
