MANILA, Philippines — A 24-year-old man was arrested yesterday after he allegedly received a baggage containing at least 2.5 kilos of shabu valued at P17 million during a controlled delivery operation in Pasay.
Angel Paul Felismenia, of M. de la Cruz street, was taken into police custody.
Felismenia was apprehended by operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and Bureau of Customs in Barangay 76 at around 4 p.m.
Police said they recovered a cell phone and two identification cards from the suspect.
