Comelec reshuffles Western Visayas officials

BACOLOD CITY, Philippines — The Commission on Elections has reshuffled its officials assigned in Western Visayas.

Outgoing Negros Occidental provincial election supervisor Ian Lee Ananoria confirmed that he was reassigned to Iloilo effective on Monday.

Aklan election supervisor Robert Salazar will assume the post vacated by Ananoria.

Bacolod election officer Kathrina Trinio-Cana said she is expecting to be transferred along with nine other lawyers acting as election officers of various cities in Negros Occidental.

The cities with lawyers as election officers are Bacolod, Talisay, Sagay, Bago, La Carlota, Himamaylan, Kabankalan and Sipalay.
