3 tricycle drivers shot dead in Midsayap

COTABATO CITY, Philippines — Unidentified motorcycle-riding men gunned down three tricycle drivers in Midsayap, North Cotabato on Monday.

Town police chief Lt. Col. Rolly Oranza said Nasrudin Mantikayan, 25; Paha Ducay, 58, and Ryan Bano, 29, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and died at the scene.

Initial investigation showed the victims were waiting for passengers along a street in Barangay Poblacion 2 when the assailants arrived and opened fire.
