MANILA, Philippines — Police have arrested the second most wanted person in Manila.
Ricardo Endaya, 39, was nabbed by members of the Sta. Ana police station.
Authorities served a warrant for Endaya’s arrest for theft issued by Makati Metropolitan Trial Court Presiding Judge Ma. Concepcion Billones.
