MANILA, Philippines — Manila Mayor Isko Moreno yesterday ordered the city government to investigate reports of a COVID-19 vaccination activity in Binondo.

In a letter to city health officer Arnold Pangan, bureau of permits chief Levi Facundo and Manila Police District director Brig. Gen. Leo Francisco, Moreno said the national government has not yet approved any COVID-19 vaccination activity.

He ordered the officials to submit their findings in 48 hours so criminal charges can be filed against those responsible for the activity.
