MANILA, Philippines — Concerned citizens offered a reward of P200,000 yesterday for information leading to the arrest of the suspects in the killing of a Grade 9 student in Cebu on Sunday.

Senior Superintendent Debold Sinas, Central Visayas police director, also ordered Senior Superintendent Limuel Obon, Lapu-Lapu police chief, to solve the murder of Christine Lee Silawan, 16.

Silawan, a Grade 9 student at the Mactan High School, suffered multiple stab wounds while her face was skinned.

She was found naked from the waist down, but was not raped according to the findings of a local crime laboratory.
