Noy to inaugurate P700-M Isabela bridge

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – President Aquino will inaugurate a P772-million bridge, which will connect four agricultural municipalities to Ilagan City in Isabela on Friday.

Ilagan City Mayor Josemarie Diaz said the new bridge is larger than the Ninoy Aquino Bridge,which the President inaugurated last year in Tuao, Cagayan.

Diaz said the new Lullutan Bridge, named after a village in the city, is 500 meters long and made of steel.

The bridge will connect the city to several rice-producing municipalities, including Mallig, Quirino, Delfin Albano and Gamu.
