BACOLOD CITY, Philippines – A former agent of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) was arrested in a sting in La Castellana town late last week, police reported yesterday.

Crisostomo Potato, 29, of Barangay Robles, was nabbed after he reportedly sold a sachet of shabu worth P300 to an undercover agent last Thursday, said Chief Inspector Rico Santotome, head of the police anti-narcotics special operations group.

Police recovered from Potato another plastic sachet said to contain shabu, marked money, PDEA identification cards, two cell phones, a pair of handcuffs and P155 cash.
